[jboss-dev] JBossAS 4.2 initial component updates

I committed some initial component updates according to:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-3886

Moving temporarily to jbossws-1.0.4.GA until a 1.2.0 (snapshot or CR)
becomes available.

Since 4.2.x is purely jdk5, we can change the build to

1) Remove jbossretro-rt, jbossws14 for this branch.r
2) Make EJB3 installed by default

Correct?

If you see any conflict with the updates, let me know.
