[jboss-dev] rant against cvs commit message....

Why is this text in the most visible place in the commit messages:

"(In the diff below, changes in quantity of whitespace are not shown.)"

When i scan the commit messages this is the text I always find instead of  
the relevant
one which is tuck in between text at the top.

That notice about whitespace has no purpose at all, any way we can get it  
removed ?
