[jboss-dev] JBossAS Branch_4_0 code freeze

Please note that COB today is code freeze for jbossAS Branch_4_0, so you
should refrain yourselves from checking-in stuff.

The 1.4 testsuites present only a couple of known transient errors, so
I'm going to tag later today, after finishing with the release notes.

An additional week of further testing/packaging will take place before
the final 4.0.5.GA release.
