JBoss AS does not get to decide this for all the projects it uses, nor all the 
libraries which conceivably will run in it.  Obviously, if it is deemed that 
important JBoss AS could choose to not use a library because it uses one 
logging framework or another.  

I don't know why everyone feels the need to answer questions I am not asking, 
and not answer the ones I am :)
