[jboss-dev] AS5 boot screwed up

This has been done now.

The testsuite run tonight should tell us if I missed
anything.

Since the iiop UserTransaction is gone (it depended
on the old TM - I guess that could be fixed?)
I've also removed the txpropiiop test.
