[jboss-dev] Build broken

Ack - that was me...
I didn't notice that my svn commit to the maven repo failed with a 403
(FORBIDDEN).
I've rolled back component-matrix/pom.xml to the previous version and
have a ticket open with the help desk to get the permissions sorted out.
Sorry about that.
