FYI: I've been "volunteered" to prototype the "web profile"

So far I've found 4 major issues:

* Assumptions about remote jndi and JMX

* JBossTM opening ports

* JPA deployer needs seperating from the ejb3 deployer

* Better configuration to allow JTA to be optional

The incomplete prototype can seen if you run in the testsuite
./build.sh tests-web-profile
this will create server/web-profile/*
although there are no tests currently :-)

I haven't done any work on trimming
server/web-profile/lib yet.
