Thanks, yes, 1.1.0 is much better. Note that the names of the xslt 
stylesheetResource locations changed in this release to:

classpath:/xslt/org/jboss/xhtml.xsl
classpath:/xslt/org/jboss/xhtml-single.xsl
classpath:/xslt/org/jboss/pdf.xsl
