[jboss-dev] Modularisation of the AS bootstrap

This looks to be some problem with when the "real" profile service is
using AOP to create a remote proxy:

I've fixed the NPE. i.e. if it doesn't know the module, there is no
TempURL, but there might be more to it than this? 

Presummably it is going to try to generate a "remote class"
in the temp url or does it have a default one?
(Kabir and Scott in copy).
