In terms of startup times, pre aop-2.0.0.CR18 is 25-27s on my laptop, 
the current trunk with aop-2.0.0.CR20 is 23-24s, so that is as good as 
its been for a while.

I created this page for the revision rollbacks that I'll be going through.

If you want to handle a revision reapplication, just edit the page and 
add a [TODO: yourname] after the revision line (See the r79434 line for 
an example).

If you don't want a change reapplied strike it out and color it in red. 
See the r79562 lines for an example.

I see some changes have already been reapplied, so I'll mark those with 
a [DONE] addition after the revision line.
