I'd prefer not to put something as fundamental as the state transfer 
mechanism in if it's not ready to be the default.

I've been chatting with Jason and it sounds like NBST is still pretty 
raw and yet to be tested in a lot of basic scenarios. And it's complex. 
I'd prefer not commit to putting it in the AS by early March, which is 
what Jason's schedule at the start of this thread requires.  If it comes 
out in a stable form and there's still time in the AS release cycle to 
incorporate it, we can revisit.

Sure, a 3.0.3 would be good, as it sounds like the JBCACHE-1468 fix will 
help the Mobicents folks consume AS 5.1.
