Ok, the executor injection works fine (adding your thread bean to
default/deploy/jbossweb.sar/META-INF/jboss-beans.xml). Having a MBean
would be nice to verify the behavior is correct though.

Also in your example, allow-core-timeout="true" is a problem (no
matching property, apparently).
