[jboss-dev] Upgraded jboss-javaee.jar in JBoss AS 5.2.0.Beta1

I've just updated the jboss-javaee.jar in Branch_5_x.  This update
removes the javax.interceptor API classes from jboss-javaee.jar.  
A standalone jar, jboss-interceptor-api.jar, was added which contains the latest
version of the javax.interceptor APIs needed for WELD integration.

Local testing went well and I'm kicking off full test runs in Hudson
now.
