[jboss-dev] org.jboss.spec.javax.ejb:jboss-ejb-api_3.1_spec dependencies

OK thanks Shelly; that seems like a refactoring due to artifact name 
changes... but in the mean time the api has moved out of 
jbossws-native... I'll verify if we can depend on the jaxrpc api only there.
