Can I just check what this task involves:

1) Create top level QA directory, so the structure is
<trunk>/QA
                   build.xml
                   src

2) Migrate the ESBCore/Tests code to the folder above minus the 1 test that were converted to 2 separate unit tests, see http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBESB-71
