The build file has been modified to reference existing jars in the thirdparty repository whenever possible.  Due to version conflicts, two of the jars required by htmlunit (commons-collections.jar and commons-httpclient.jar) have to be maintained separately, and we decided to put them in the tmp_libs directory under the project.  Since we're doing this, we decided to store the four new jars in tmp_libs as well, rather than add them into the repository. (See the forum reference listed above for more details.)

These changes have been checked in.
