There may be multiple Business Processes running in the same application. with CreateProcess annotation we can instantiate process instance for a particular process definition. 

"taskInstanceListForType" & "pooledTaskInstanceList" components relies on TaskMgmtSession.java of JBPM to pull out  the taskinstances that the current user is authorized to see. But theres no control over the precess definition.
