New property jnp.discoveryTTL, used to limit the TTL of the discovery packet sent out to the cluster.  Further mechanism to limit possibility of cross-cluster contamination.  Particularly useful in dev and QA-type environments where jnp.partitionName, jnp.discoveryGroup and jnp.discoveryPort don't suffice.
