Getting a new error taking the transition on the first task of the websale example.  Could be a local problem though:

Error taking transition: ejb local timer lookup problem
[Details] The application received a org.jbpm.JbpmException.
The message is: ejb local timer lookup problem	

Which was caused by:

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: ejb not bound
        ...useless stuff...
        at javax.naming.InitialContext.lookup(InitialContext.java:392)
        at org.jbpm.scheduler.ejbtimer.EjbSchedulerService.<init>(EjbSchedulerService.java:31)
