The Tomcat SSO valve is not a solution adapted to drop all the sessions from portlet's webapps since it only destroys sessions of webapps that had a protected ressource.

While the resource should be protected anyway, there can exist scenarios where it does not happen.

The solution should be as server independent as possible.
