It was also necessary to adjust the treatment of the Client variable callbackConnectors, which was mapping a callback handler to a single Connector.  Instead, it should maintain a set of Connectors for each callback handler.

There is now a new Client method:

   public Set getCallbackConnectors(InvokerCallbackHandler callbackHandler);

Unit test:  org.jboss.test.remoting.callback.push.ImplicitCallbackConnectorTestCase.
