I have this working now on both Windows and RHEL.  Because I'm invoking a bat or sh script from java, this test could be a bit flaky in some environments.

I'm pretty sure I figured out why it wasn't picked up from CC.  I originally named it TwiddleTestCase instead of TwiddleUnitTestCase.  This should be fixed now.
