Michael Smith commented on JBAS-4696:
-------------------------------------
Status Update:
===========
Step 1: Move JBEAP4.2 forked content (x6 languages) back into upstream Target is 28 Sept and branch as Enterprise.
|_DONE: Enterprise branch is JBEAP42CP01. Note will only build on linux with the documentation-devel package
Step 2: Create test branch and rearchitect to build with Maven2
|_DONE: Content in trunk has been moved across and can be built with maven plugin.
|_Installation_Guide: Ported the 4.2 content
|_Getting_Started_Guide: Ported BRANCH_4_0_4
|_Clustering_Guide: Ported BRANCH_4_0_4
|_Server_Configuration_Guide: Ported JBEAP42CP01
*NOTE* The Installation Guide and Getting Started Guide work done for the Enterprise Platform was independant of the previous AS content.
*NOTE* Your team can now pull down the content from trunk and build with the maven plugin.
Step 3: Cleaning Each Guide: Each book needs to be gone through to clean up the output with Maven.
|_IN PROCESS: Maven presents the content differently than the previous Ant version. I am budgeting 1 day per book. ETA should be Tuesday, 9th Oct.
