Steps 1-3 Complete. Porting and retrofit to build with maven is complete.

Step 4: Mark, I need you to pull down trunk, build with maven and do a cursory glance to make sure I retrofitted the right content. (Mark)

Step 5: Build a stage for the HTML/PDF docs for tech review (Mark)

Step 6: Once you give me a green light on Step 4, Samson and I will begin the re-write. Our process will be simple: once a chapter is ready for tech-review, we will open a Jira declaring that chapter X is ready for techreview and inform the project mailing list with a link to the chapter on the stage.
