Notice that this affects only @Arg and @Return-annotated parameters.

The wrappers are not of too much use when it comes to @Target types, and to @Caller types.

Regarding @Thrown, we can test it know due to the fact that currently the type of a @Thrown-annotated advice parameter is forced to be Throwable, which is not a parameterized type.
