              Summary: Create clustering tests for integration test suite  (was: Write/Ellect some Clustering tests to go into Integration Testsuite on ApplicationServer)

The AS integration test suite currently doesn't contain any JMS clustering tests.

Need to write some clustering and failover tests.

Should contain at least distributed queue, distributed topic.

Producer and consumer failover with different ack modes, transacted, auto_ack, dups_ok
