this is mainly for updating models and imports. Shoudl be a wizard that uploads and VALIDATES the model (and offers to import found classes). Similar when importing DRL. Could be a wizard from the package config screen, or it could be part of the model asset screen (probably former is better). 

This has been causing some confusion.
