A patch that adds a MessageCounter.getLastAdd. It is not 100% since it only updates itself each time 
the onTime method is called, but close enough..

Also did a little clean up, using the MessageCounter 'directly' insted of hassling with the StringTokenizer/getCounterAsString/Integer.parseInt stuff..
