I didn't change the existing Classes.getAllInterfaces(..) for compatibility reasons.

I added a new utility method in JBCOMMON-36 that can be used to construct the array of implemented interfaces, in presence of duplicates.

To avoid generating yet another jboss-common release just for this fix, I copied the body of the utility method inside server/src/main/org/jboss/naming/ExternalContext.java.

After we update Branch_4_2 to jboss common 1.2.2 and HEAD to jboss common-core 2.2.3, this can be properly replaced with a call to the Classes.getAllUniqueInterfaces(..) utility.
