Build broken and repository.jboss.org was changed after a release (rev 24218).

A released artifact must never be changed, because it's allowed to be cached at multiple locations.

I'm reverting 86790.

JBoss Threads 1.0.0.CR3 can now be considered a broken release and thus a new release must be performed.
