org.jboss.cache.util.concurrent.ReclosableLatch has been excluded as, per Brian, "These classes would only be serialized in the course of intra-cluster communication by the clustering code itself; not as part of  client-server communication"

org.jgroups.protocols.pbcast.STREAMING_STATE_TRANSFER$StateHeader  has been reviewed and determined  this should never really be serialized.  Fixed in JBC trunk  (next CR or GA of 3.1.0)
