Trying to add a .DRF resource with 
org.jbpm.process.builder.ProcessBuilderFactoryServiceImpl
missing from the classpath throws a NPE when the null ProcessBuilder is given a .DRF.

Passing a missing file to the PackageBuilder causes an NPE:

  builder.add(ResourceFactory.newClassPathResource("no such file"), ResourceType.DRF);

An NPE is also thrown for ResourceType.XSD
