which attributes are relevant in this case?

currently considering these pool related attributes:

- max-pool-size
- min-pool-size
- pool-prefill
- pool-use-strict-min

and these metrics: 

- ActiveCount
- CreatedCount
- CreatedCount
- MaxWaitCount
- AvailableCount
- MaxUsedCount
