It's beyond scope of Arquillian (and ShrinkWrap) to merge manifests, IMO.  These files are just content, and ShrinkWrap doesn't touch content, only acts as a virtual file system.  However I could envision a layer atop ShrinkWrap Descriptors to "merge" two input ManifestDescriptor types.  WDYT?
