The translation sub-interface has already been created via a previous translation file. If the TrainsSpotterLog.i18n_fr_FR.properties was processed before TrainsSpotterLog.i18n_fr_FR_POSIX.properties, then TrainsSpotterLog_$logger_fr.java has already been generated.

This did work before and is likely a result of something from the previous refactor.
