I went through all the examples described in the documentation, here's the current state:

example-event.jar: jar missing from distribution
example-blueprint.jar: jar missing from distribution
example-http.jar: OK
example-xml-jaxb.jar: jar missing from distribution
example-jmx: not tested given the current JMX problems
example-jndi.jar: OK
example-jta.jar: jar missing from distribution
example-lifecycle.jar: install fails missing package org.jboss.osgi.vfs
example-webapp.war: installs fine but http://localhost:8080/example-webapp gives a 403 (Forbidden)
example-serviceloader:jar: fails Client Activator 'Cannot obtain service'
example-xml-parser.jar: jar missing from distribution
example-simple.jar: OK
