We're working on a concept of deployment platform for jbpm engine and OSGified JPA (and OSGi in general) looks like perfect fit for our needs, so we would greatly appreciate official support for this feature.

Currently we use kind of "workaround" to have entity classes in osgi bundle, but it involves additional .war package wrapping persistence.xml (to make it interpreted and initialized by existing non OSGified JBoss AS JPA module). EntityManagerFactory should be accessible in bundles via JNDI.
