Done in jbosgi-framework-1.3.1.CR1

Running org.jboss.test.osgi.framework.classloader.SystemPackageDependencyTestCase
Tests run: 10, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 2.284 sec
