I'm working towards making Hibernate OSGi-friendly.  Part of the effort includes creating an integration test bed on Karaf.

I attempted to use the org.jboss.osgi.jta/jboss-osgi-jta/4.6.1.SP2 bundle as a JTA provider.  However, Karaf was not able to resolve the imported org.jboss.osgi.spi.capability package.  I was going to use org.jboss.osgi/jboss-osgi-spi/1.0.11 as well, but noticed its manifest has no imports or exports.

I looked in several other versions of jboss-osgi-spi and none of them appear to be OSGi friendly.

Unless I'm missing something, can this be included?
