Exactly... it's a docs issue.  Someone following the docs will try to configure JBR using invalid attribute names.  

In the ESB, we try to avoid any potential issue by performing the mapping shown at the end of the JBossRemotingGatewayListener class (http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/labs/labs/jbossesb/trunk/product/rosetta/src/org/jboss/soa/esb/listeners/gateway/JBossRemotingGatewayListener.java).  This way, if the user enters the attributes names as per the docs, we map them to the correct names.
