Javadoc has been checked in.

Also, Endpoint.getRequestCounters() has been separated into the two versions.  One is for inbound requests and the other is for outbound requests.  To avoid possible confusion, I also renamed getRequestCounters() in ConnectionMXBean and ServiceMXBean to getOutboundRequestCounters() and getInboundRequestCounters() respectively.
