Done.  Notable changes:

* The parent POM extends JBoss.org parent POM (org.jboss:jboss-parent:5-beta-5:pom).
* All modules (jboss-remoting, samples, taglets) extend the parent POM (org.jboss.remoting3:jboss-remoting-parent).
* All common dependency information and plugin configurations were moved up to the parent POM.  Some were already well-configured in the JBoss.org parent POM, so some were simply removed.
