[jboss-rpm] Review help before upgrade to 7.1.1.Final

I'm going to upgrade AS7 to 7.1.1.Final in Fedora, but before I can do 
this I need to add two additional packages to Fedora:

1) jboss-web-native:  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=816137
2) jul-to-slf4j-stub: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=816142

I appreciate help on reviewing them! Thanks!
