JBESB-129 - Per Mark's comment, I added the following to the docs: 

"We have provided pg74.216.jdbc2ee.jar in the conf/lib folder and you can use that one for testing purposes." 

We should probably just say that we have provided a driver - as the name on this will inevitably change.
