[jboss-user] [JBoss Portal] - Availability of cms features to end user

Can the features of cms portlet of jave be extended to an end user also?with  configuration changes,can an end user also be allowed to upload files, create directory..etc?

It will be very helpful if any one can give a basic idea of the usage of cms in jboss
