I added commons-httpclient, commons-logging and webdavlib to the JBOSS_CLASSPATH in run.sh and that seems to work. I just don't understand why.

All the above jars are also in $JBOSS_HOME/lib and $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/lib. Why aren't they picked up from there? Or is this some really funky classloader issue?
