[jboss-user] [JBoss Eclipse IDE (users)] - How to import a WAR file and run it as a web project?

New to JBoss IDE: I am using JBoss IDE 1.6 GA and trying to bring up a WAR file as a web project and finally to run it as a web app. Can someone give some directions? Thanks.
