After looking at the above reply, i again downloaded bundled version 2.4 and ended up getting the same result. Just cant understand what is happening on my side?

Just four steps,

1) Downloaded the bundled zip

2)Unzipped 

3) Cd in to bin directory and chmod 755 run.sh

4) then ran ./run.sh 

Did you do the same thing to get it running ?
