Well, it looks like the class didn't load at all.  Here is the result of invoking displayClassInfo() from the JMX Console:


  | org.jasig.cas.web.init.SafeDispatcherServlet Information
  | Not loaded in repository cache
  | 

Probably due to ClassCastException...
