I have an SLSB with a startTimer method I call from a servlet init() method. It always succeeds, however, the localDB.script JBoss uses to re-create timers runs AFTER my SLSB is called. I'm then getting a dup record exception and there is no way for me to  catch it or to test whether my timer exists before creating it.
